Contact Us
Picton Mail Boat Cruises is an email-only site. If a cruise card shows a price or a fact that looks wrong, or a listing no longer exists, the fastest fix starts with a short message to info@pictonmailboatcruises.com.
What To Write About
Three kinds of email are useful here. Price or fact errors on a cruise card, such as a duration, a meeting point or a rating that does not match the listing behind it. Listings that no longer exist, where the card points at a cruise that has been withdrawn. And press or partnership questions about the site itself.
Whatever the topic, include three things:
- The cruise name exactly as it appears on the card or in the comparison table.
- What you expected and what you saw, in one or two lines.
- A return address for the reply.
What The Site Cannot Do
This site compares cruises. It does not run them, book them or manage them, so several requests are out of reach.
- Change, cancel or move a booking.
- Issue refunds or check whether a payment went through.
- Confirm a start time, a meeting point, or whether a run is going ahead.
- Pass a message to a skipper or an operator.
Where To Take Booking Problems
Bookings live on the platform where you paid. For a change, a cancellation, a refund question or a charge that looks wrong, contact that booking platform through the confirmation email or your account page there. They hold the payment record and can act on it. If the problem is with the cruise itself on the day, the operator's contact details are on your booking confirmation.
The Address
Write to info@pictonmailboatcruises.com. Please do not send payment details, copies of ID, or booking confirmations. A cruise name and a plain description of the issue are enough to start. Anything sensitive should stay with the booking platform that holds your booking.
